Salida Montessori Charter School (SMCS) Salary Schedule and Policies Information: Salaries at SMCS are not established pursuant to C.R.S § 22-32-109.4 or 22-63-401. SMCS establishes teacher and administrative salaries individually, based on an employee’s job duties, experience, qualifications, needs, and performance, as well as comparison to salaries for comparable positions in other schools or districts, and defines those salaries through individual contracts of employment.

Teacher Salary Range: $28,000 - $52,000

Paraprofessional Salary Range: $15.00 - 17.00 per hour

Administrative Salary Range Hourly: $15,000- $30,000

Administrative Salary Range: $30,000 - $90,000

Teacher Salary Range: $30,000 - $60,000

Paraprofessional Salary Range: $17.00 - 20.00 per hour

Administrative Salary Range Hourly: $15,000 - 30,000

Administrative Salary Range: $30,000 - $100,000

Lead & Assistant Guide Salary Range: $35,000 - $63,000

Paraprofessional Salary Range: $18.00 - 20.00 per hour

Administrative Salary Range: $35,000 - $105,000

Other Support Staff: $40-90 per hour up to $58,000
